How the Free Estimate Works

First, you reach out with the basics. Then we come to the property, measure, check the ground and how a concrete truck would reach the spot, and look at whether the job touches the street right-of-way. We also check whether the City of Winter Haven or Polk County permits your parcel, since a mailing address does not settle that.

After the visit you get a detailed written estimate: thickness, base prep, reinforcement, joints, finish, and any tear-out or permit work on their own lines. There is no charge for the visit or the estimate, and no obligation to book. If you want a ballpark first, the cost guide has our per square foot ranges.

What to Have Ready When You Reach Out

• The property address, so we can check city or county jurisdiction.
• The type of job: driveway, patio, slab, walk, wall or repair.
• Rough length and width in feet, if you have them.
• A few photos of the area and any old concrete that has to come out.
• HOA approval rules, if your neighborhood has an association.
• Your timing, especially if you want the pour done before the summer rains.
